Organization Change Management Plan Paper
Take the role of a consultant, hired by a large organization. Do some research and find a ‘candidate company’ (for-profit or non-profit) and propose a BRM program for the PMO of this organization – it can be one for which you work (or have worked), or not.You can (and should) work with the instructor to get feedback on your choice(s) before you settle on one.AND/OREvaluate that organization using the T15 Model and propose transitional changes.Either way, the majority of your effort should be on the background of the organization for whom you are proposing the transition, and the major changes you plan to introduce.NOTE: this will form the basis of your Final Report and Presentation. Choose wisely. Make sure that you are interested and that there is enough “depth” in the proposal to follow-through with more details in the Final Report and Presentation.Details and some advice:For Assignment 2, your deliverable is to edit the template below (the structure, not all of the content) to fit the transition that you are leading as a consultant. You should also have a minimum of 33% (a third) of the overall text that you anticipate using in the document for your final report. In other words, Assignment 2 is a way to get a ‘33% done’ version of your Final Report. If you find another template or want to create your own document, feel free, however it must, at a minimum, include:In other words, this Assignment is a chance for you to deliver a ‘minimum viable product’ (MVP) to the teaching team for analysis. You are graded on the deliverable but it is also a chance to get directional correction for the final report.

History Western Civilization Essay
Essay Instructions:Select ONE of the primary source readings from those included below and write an essay on the selection. In writing this essay, integrate information from the textbook with the primary source reading. Write an introduction paragraph and present a thesis to the reader. Choose relevant and specific examples to support your arguments in an appropriate number of body paragraphs. Write a unified essay while answering each of the bulleted questions and organize the information by placing it in logical sequence. Come to a conclusion in a separate paragraph. The use of any other sources beyond the one(s) assigned as well as the textbook in writing the essay is not expected. If other sources are used to gather information they must be documented and “historical” or written by a professional historian. If information (not just quotations) is used from a source and not documented, that is plagiarism, a form of cheating. See the section on documentation and Academic Honesty in the Syllabus. Also, if direct quotations are used from the sources assigned, textbook, or any other material they must be properly documented and a works cited page included. Assignment Selections:1. Evidence-based practice part 1 | Nursing homework help
PICO Question: In fall risk patients, what is the effect of bed alarms when compared with patients not using bed alarms on fall incidents?
Part 1: Your 1-page proposal
The purpose of this section is to inform the reader (the instructor and hopefully others) as to why you are interested in this topic in both a professional and concise (i.e., no more than three paragraphs) manner. In this section, I want to see two important things:
What is the clinical problem (that is amenable to nursing intervention), and why are you interested in it?
Define the clinical problem.
What is the significance of the problem?
Background information to understand the context
Select a problem within the group that is common to all students.
Who is affected by the problem?
How many are affected by the problem?
What are the consequences if the problem goes untreated?
Why should your colleagues care about the problem what is the significance of their practice?
What are the anticipated outcomes (benefits) if the problem goes away?
It would be best to describe why you think this topic is particularly relevant to our practice and why it is an important study area.
Do we need change, and why?
Once a general problem area is described and validated (preferable statistical data), you can formulate a more precise, more focused question to guide the improvement work. Use the PICO format to guide the development of the practice improvement question (Do not write the PICO process only, include the review question). For example, if the focused clinical PICO question is In a population of adult orthopedic post-surgical patients, what is the effect of a noise control intervention (compared with no intervention) on patient fatigue, pain, and satisfaction with care?
The three paragraphs should end up with your statement. This EBP project aims to (use an action verb: examine, find, synthesize and offer recommendations ).
Tech hazards post reply
Please provide a reply to the following post in 200 words or more.
Man made hazardous are events that are caused by some type of humane intent, negligence, threat or error. This could be an event like a airline crash, weapons of mass destruction or hazardous material spills and or release. A technology hazard while similar is slightly different in that is a hazard primarily created by man made technology is unplanned and with no malice action behind it but the threat to humane life and property can result. This could be an event like a hazardous material spill, nuclear plant failure, dam failure or transportation accidents all of which seem similar to man made but can have that element of unplanned accident or just failure as a cause. For me I think man made diesters are less unpredictable because people can show signs of intention and many take a lot of planning to do so leaving an effort in there to stop it. They can also be far more dangerous as people that are intent of causing harm are able to target more directly then say an earth quake. Of all the man made diester that I can think of I do think that transportation accidents would be the easiest one to mitigate. Driving is a pivalate and not a right and driving has changed a lot since it began over one hundred years ago. While I wouldnt not advocate for it and Im sure most wouldnt many things could be put in place such as breathalyzers, automated cars, increased use of public transportation systems or heavier fines on driving records and making more difficult to get a license all together. Making transportation more of a tool than a privilege I believe would greatly reduce its potential risk of causing hazardous.
Nate (similar to freddy, who was discussed in class) is trying to
Nate (similar to Freddy, who was discussed in class) is trying to decide whether Kimaya is a nice person. There is an equal chance that Kimaya is mean, average, or nice. Whenever a person meets Kimaya, she acts either pleasantly or unpleasantly. If Kimaya is mean, she will act pleasantly one-quarter of the time; if she is average, she will act pleasantly one-half of the time; and if she is nice, she will act pleasantly three-quarters of the time (everyone has their bad days). In reality, Kimayas behavior is independent over time. But Nate believes in the law of small numbers, and has N = 24.
(a) Suppose Nate meets Kimaya four times, and she is pleasant each time. This part asks you to calculate the correct conclusions Nate should draw from this.
Calculate the true probability that Kimaya is pleasant four times in a row if she is mean.
Hint: If they meet only once, what is the true probability that Kimaya is pleasant that time if she is mean? If they meet twice, what is the true probability that she is mean both times if she is mean? If they meet three times, what is the true probability that she is mean all three times?
Calculate the true probability that Kimaya is pleasant four times in a row if she is average.
Calculate the true probability that Kimaya is pleasant four times in a row if she is nice.
Based on the answers to the previous parts, calculate the overall probability that Kimaya is pleasant four times in a row.
Apply Bayes rule and calculate the probability that Kimaya is nice conditional on the fact that she was pleasant four times in a row. That is to say, if Nate has seen Kimaya be pleasant all four times, what is the probability that she is truly nice?
Introduction to Political Science Simulation Status Quo Paper
The Concept of the Status QuoAny simulation centers on the concept of a status quo. Status quo is “the existing state of affairs” (Merriam-Webster (Links to an external site.)).Status quos range from legal and political to social and economic. Legal and political status quos include the international laws and conventions, alliances and conflicts, the national constitutions, federal and state laws and regulations, judicial rulings, and the configuration of control of an international, national, or subnational government. These legal and political status quos differ from social and economic status quos. Social status quos are what is perceived to be moral, ethical, and just. While economic status quos are country-to-country trade and investment agreements, private business models, business-to-business agreements, and business-to-consumer relationships. At any given time, a status quo exists. There are entities who support keeping the status quo, while there are other entities who want to change the status quo. Assuming a two-dimension policy space, there are those who want to move the status quo to the left, others who want to move the status quo to the right, still others who want to move the status quo up, and yet others who want to move the status quo down. A policy space is an abstraction used by political scientists to describe a more complex reality.Stay mindful of the concept of status quo as you proceed through the simulation days.Remember that the status quo is defined as the “current state of affairs”. The status quo can be abstractly placed on 1-dimension, 2-dimensions, or 3-dimension space, as depicted in the following three images. Note, in the explanation above, I referenced the idea of a 2-dimension space. There are three benefits of using dimensions to explain the status quo.In 5-sentences or more, select and explain a dimension. You can use the following questions to help explain your choice:
